"Samson" by Benjamin Victor
Benjamin Victor joined the ranks of Michelangelo, Bernini, and French by receiving his first large commission at only 23 years old. At age 26, he became the youngest artist ever to have a sculpture in our Nation’s foremost collection, the National Statuary Hall in the United States Capitol. He is now the only living sculptor to have monuments within the Hall. "Samson" (only 1 of 3) was the piece that launched Benjamin Victor's career and is sure to take its place among the great masterpieces of art history.
Simply Amazing Metal Draped Table...
We Dare You to Find Another!
Yes, this is an all medal table made in the style of John Dickinson's originals and is a masterpiece in its own right. The piece is from the early seventies and has been totally refurbished down to the bare metal inside and out. It is finished in a highly durable industrial two-tone textured powder coat finish with silver metallic trim along the bottom skirting. It is topped off with a new 1/2" thick tempered glass top. Simply put, this table far exceeds the quality and beauty of its original condition.
